- Sarah Rauccio graduated from the Connecticut School of Dog Grooming in October 2006. She loves to compete in grooming competitions . She competed with Torre a labradoodle a few years ago and won first place. She loves doing all breeds to breed standard as well as customizing cuts to the needs of the animal and client. She also has a strong love for doing all variations of doodles and standard poodles as well as grooming cats. In 2011 she purchased Happy Tails after having worked at the shop a few years back. She loves spending time with her husband David and their son Ethan on the weekends with their three dogs and two cats.
- Karen graduated from the Connecticut School of Dog Grooming in 2002 and has been working at Happy Tails since 2004. She has competed at NEPGP where she won third place with a mixed breed named "Mr. Magoo". She also won an award for grooming a dog with the best expression. In addition to competing Karen takes seminars to keep herself educated with the latest in grooming information. Karen is familiar with all breeds and their standards and enjoys grooming Wheaten Terriers, Cocker Spaniels, Setters, Standard Poodles, and all the large breeds. When not at work, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband there daughter Emilee and 2 Bull mastiffs Shiloh & Utah who are going to be in training to become therapy dogs in the near future.
